Welcome to Guardians UK
Guardians UK provides a complete guardianship service to students from Prep School through to University.
As a small Guardianship we pride ourselves on the personal service we offer. We make sure our students know us well and feel supported and secure. We understand how strange and new everything can feel when students first arrive in the UK.
We are based at Taunton School and look after students throughout the South West and have a large number of host families in this area and London.
Guardians UK has recently undergone an inspection by AEGIS (The Association for the Education and Guardianship of International Students). The aim of AEGIS is to ensure quality in guardianship provision and we have fully satisfied their accreditation criteria.
"Guardians UK is a very well organised, caring, supportive and well-established organisation which has worked extremely hard to establish, and now finesse, proper procedures underpinned by thorough paperwork and practice over a long period of time. It enjoys substantial benefits from operating at the heart of Taunton School. It is evident that under current leadership Guardians UK provides an impressive service for International Parents and Students. Liaison between the Guardian Organisation and Homestays is excellent.
Students speak universally warmly about the support and direction they receive from the Director and her staff. I was able to observe first-hand the warm atmosphere in the busy Taunton Office, where pupils were treated in a light touch way by impressive personnel.
Schools also indicate that the Director's communication skills, both through email and on the telephone, are regular and clear. In addition is the high level of pastoral care for Students. The Director has maintained the high quality of this service by attending additional support and training, both inside and outside Taunton School.
This Guardian Organisation is sector-leading and I recommend it for re-accreditation without reservation."
